Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original Petit Bateau wrapping and include the completed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original delivery or via our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
